Sunday, March 29th
Arrive in Dallas, dinner on your own.
Monday, March 30th
Breakfast on your own, included in the rates at both hotels.
8:30: Introduction and welcome by Paul Koch
8:45 – 9:30: Dr. Rick Latin, Keynote Address, ‘Dollar Spot: Past, Present, and Future’
9:30-12: Research updates from university and private industry researchers
12-1: Lunch at Texas A&M Agrilife Center, included in price of registration.
1-2: Updates from industry partners
2-3: Breakout into small groups to identify the most pressing dollar spot knowledge gaps
3-4:30: Reconvene as a large group to discuss and rank the knowledge gaps most suitable for study with this project
6 PM: Dinner near the hotels. Included in the price of registration
Tuesday, March 31st
Breakfast on your own, included in the rates at both hotels.
8:30-12: Plan cooperative research studies based on the knowledge gaps identified on March 30th. Identify potential funding sources.
12:00 PM: Lunch at Texas A&M Agrilife Center. The lunch will be a boxed lunch to allow anyone who needs to depart to take the lunch with them.
1:00 PM: End of meeting.
